Thank you for all your help and advice in respect of our printer/copiers. When I first contacted you I was pretty cynical about copier companies and their sales people. I was looking for a company that;

  • Was willing to spend time getting to understand our needs
  • Gave knowledgeable, objective advice on both copier/printers and their financial options available
  • Provided quick and reliable after care and service
  • Was local

As we are approaching the anniversary of our relationship I am pleased to say that Dataquest has provided everything I was looking for. The product is excellent, the printers themselves are user friendly even to Luddites like me, and we are saving money!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dataquest for our new photocopier print solution. Since the installation of our new Ricoh equipment we have benefited not only from a support perspective but also a financial stance as you were able to improve our financial situation as well as improve productivity by reducing the downtime on this device to an absolute minimum.

With our previous supplier we would have to wait up to 24hours for an engineer, we can now expect an engineer in just 1-2 hours! We have found the equipment to be very reliable and user friendly and initial training was simple and informative.

To date we have been impressed with Dataquest and their proactive approach to supporting us and look forward to growing our relationship into the future, therefore I have no hesitation in recommending Dataquest to any prospective clients on the basis of our experience with them.

Since our new Ricoh equipment has been installed, we have been overjoyed with the service and dedication in which Dataquest’s Support Team have provided us with, with our previous supplier we used to have to wait 4 hours or more for call outs, this has now been reduced to 1-2 hours maximum which is a credit to you all.

So far we have been very impressed with all dealings with Dataquest along with the financial and productivity benefits which your deal has given us & due to this, I have no hesitation in recommending Dataquest to any potential new customers should this be required.

We took out a lease for a Ricoh photocopier with Dataquest in June this year, after several meetings with Guy Young, and a demonstration of the model at the Ricoh showroom.

The copier we previously leased (not through Dataquest) constantly caused us problems, and it cost the team a great deal of wasted time and energy.

The Ricoh is much faster than the previous machine. It is very responsive, user friendly and a pleasure to use.

The installation was very smooth and the technical training together with the support is good and simple to understand. We have only had to call upon Technical Support once since installation, and an engineer was sent out within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem immediately (a problem that didn’t prevent us from using the machine) and told us that he would be back the next day with appropriate software upgrade to resolve the problem. He actually came back that afternoon and sorted it out.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dataquest or the Ricoh as we are delighted with the performance of the machine and the technical support that Dataquest provide us with.
