I am writing to say that the new Windream document management solution provided by Dataquest has to date met all of our objectives.

My team has found the new system far superior to the old Zylab stand alone solution. Our Ricoh devices provide network scanning functionality throughout the hotel and the displays provide a simple of way of making sure the scanned images arrive in the right destinations.

Locating documents electronically is fast and simple even when you have to search from your PC and we are pleased with the speed of the system when building the database.

In short it has met our objectives and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

 

I wanted to write a few words to Dataquest to express my appreciation of our new system ‘Windream document management’. At first I thought it might be difficult to use and our staff would require training taking up time and money. However, I have been pleasantly surprised how simple the system is to use and the benefits we have encountered since the installation. These include reduced storage space requirements, eliminating the cost of losing a document that has been misplaced and improving the security of our data. I recommend this system to anyone who is looking for a solution to disaster recovery, process consistency and cost savings. Many of my staff have commented on the ease and speed of this new system and I am very grateful and certain that it has transformed our office into an organised and cost efficient environment.
