Log a service call.

Instead of phoning in your service call, you can now email it through to our Service Team.

To log a call, please send an email to service@dataquestuk.com with the following information

Serial Number.
Machine Model.
Contact name and number.
Problem with your machine.

The Service Team will acknowledge receipt to your email as soon as possible.
