I wanted to write to congratulate Dataquest on a smooth transition to our new Avaya telephone system. The installation was quick and painless, with the support over the initial period of use being nothing more than outstanding. All queries were dealt with in a very timely and professional manner.

I would like to thank Dataquest for the quick and efficient installation of our new Avaya phone system. We are still a growing company and found our old phone system unable to grow with us and give us the option of administering the system ourselves.

Dataquest recommended the Avaya system designed to grow with our business. The installation was quick with limited down time in our Head Office. Dataquest understood that we are a 24/7 business and most of the system configuration was done off site to reduce any interruption to our business.

Tom Mills continues to give us excellent support. Questions and Queries are always answered quickly and there is no business solution they cannot provide. The knowledge of the DataQuest team has been valuable especially with our current Head Office move.

 

Just a short note to express my personal thanks to you and your team on the successful installation of our new Avaya telephone and communications system. We are already reaping the rewards of what the system can give us in ‘visibility’ of calls, both in terms of quantity direction, responsibility and timing. Your technology has truly taken us to a new level. I felt the whole process of start to finish went very well, from planning, installation, and voice recording it was very well planned and extremely well executed. As you were aware our whole revenue streams stem from our phones and it was a very big decision to change and trust what was in truth an unknown entity. We were also very aware that the time window for installation was very tight, and that we were in your hands so to speak. Through out it all (sleepless nights) we were consulted, supported, and advised in a timely and professional manor at all times, even during the times when I know we were bugging the life out of you, with waves of questions and reminders – congratulations and well done. I know we played our part in making the process concise and tight but I have to say both you and your team carried the process to another level. Thank you.
