Support.

Whenever you need support, just call us. Usually the problem is resolved remotely. If a site visit is necessary, the nearest technician will arrive promptly to resolve the problem. If the situation is very urgent then support will be despatched immediately. Our service centre is never more than an hour away from the centre of London.

Our technicians regularly attend manufacturer training courses to stay up to date with product development and software releases.

Project management.

Prior to any installation a project management meeting will be held to make sure your system is installed an set up to your satisfaction. On completion, we will run through the agreed schedule of works to ensuring success.

Cabling.

Cabling in most companies can be messy to say the least. We insist on neatness at all times.

Our team are as equally comfortable working in modern office blocks or listed buildings. We work unobtrusively during the day or out of hours. We are always sensitive to your working environment whatever the size of the project.
